How do you measure program results?
Our program results include both objective health indicators and subjective, self-reported parameters.

Do I need any special equipment or place to practice?

How long will it take?
Our individual online courses are designed to be studied at your own pace. Our corporate program consists of two in-person workshops (2 hours each) and two weeks of individual practice in between (15-20 minutes per day). In two weeks most people see noticeable behavioral changes. As with any real solution, the results you get are proportional to your focus and commitment.
I work from home. Can I use this program?
Absolutely. People working remotely are dealing with multiple stress factors and our online toolkit is designed to help with these.
